Haulotte North America welcomes Sean Swatsky as the new Customer Services Manager for North America.
Sean will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of all Haulotte North America’s customers by managing Haulotte’s various customer service departments, including the call center, field intervention, workshop, and training.

Haulotte is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and support, including training, product knowledge, and after-sales support.”
Sean brings a diverse background with nearly 30 years of experience in technical services, sales and operational management of manufacturing facilities and OEMs. As the Manager of Technical Services for a custom machinery manufacturer in Cleveland Ohio, Sean was responsible for all technical services including customer service. He then spent nearly 10 years managing key accounts for a global power magnetics manufacturer located in Southwest Virginia. Most recently he filled the role as Plant Manager for a structural bridge component fabrication facility located in Southeast Pennsylvania.
