In 2022, 90.9% of spare parts orders were processed through MyHaulotte, increasing to 92.2% in 2023, and reaching 96.6% so far in 2024. These figures clearly show a steady growth in the portal’s adoption by our customers,” said Iván Morodo, General Manager of Haulotte Ibérica. "The interface is highly intuitive and constantly improving, particularly with the introduction of dashboards for advanced fleet management and comprehensive telematics insights via SHERPAL."
